game Wedding Dress up

Bachelorette/bridal shower games?
My friend is having a personal shower in lieu of a typical bachelorette party or bridal shower. Her sisters asked if I would come up with some games for them to play. I don’t want anything to risque, like you’d find at a traditional bachelorette party, but I don’t want anything too blad or boring either. So far I think I’d like to do the TP wedding dress game, but I can’t think of much else. Any suggestions for fun and unique games are greatly appreciated – thanks!
Dress the Brides
-Groups of 3 (1 bride, 2 dress her)
-Time limit
-Each team has: 1 roll of toilet paper, 6-8 straws, 1 large garbage bag, 1 shopping bag, scissors, 1 roll of stickytape.
-Each team has to dress the bride.
Hot Cucumber
This game is similar to hot potato but instead of using a potato, you use a cucumber. The guests form a circle and try to pass the cucumber from between their legs to the next person using only their legs. When the music stops, the person left with the cucumber between their legs loses. The game goes on until there is only one person left.
Pass the Balloon
-Two or more teams line up across the room.
-Each team has a long balloon and must grip it between their knees.
-The balloon must then be passed up the line without the use of hands, just the knees and thighs.
-First team to get their balloon to the end wins – teams have to start again if the balloon is dropped or pops.
Playdough Penis
-With the timer set for 2 minutes, pairs try to shape their playdough into the best penis.
-When the timer goes off, each penis is set on the floor in the middle of the room, and the bride to be judges the best looking one, and possibly maybe a prize for the worst looking one (but don’t tell your guests that, or they will try hard to make it look bad).
-Playdough can be made from the following recipe:
•2 cups flour,
•1 cup salt,
•2 tblsp cream of tartar,
•1 tablespoon oil,
•red food colouring.
Mix all ingredients in a pan, cook over a medium heat until stiff. Allow to cool a bit and knead. Feels fantastic!!
Hit the target
-In pairs, one person holds a roll of toilet paper between the knees.
-The other person holds a broom between the knees with their eyes covered.
-The person with the toilet paper grabs their partner’s hands and guides them to getting the stick in the hole of the toilet paper.
-The partners who do it in the fastest time win!
Bag Weigh-In
A set of scales is placed in the centre of the room and everyone must “weigh-in” their handbag. Give prizes for the lightest, heaviest, closest to the bride’s, etc.
Make up the bride
Get a variety of colors of cosmetics, (bright reds, greens, purples, the louder and bolder the color, the better). Ask for volunteers. Have the bride sit in the middle of the room. Have the volunteer choose a cosmetic. Blindfold the volunteer. Blindfolded volunteers are to “make-up” the bride. Then, the bride and make-up artists pose for a photo. This gets absolutely hilarious. OR you can play this game using Pass the Parcel (Foundation first, blush/lip stick/mascara last)
How well do you know the Bride & Groom?
Ask the guests a series of questions about the bride and groom. Winners get chocolates. If you want to answer, you must cluck like a hen.
Hope this helps! Good luck!
